That being said, this study compared those who smoked only traditional cigarettes to those who only vaped e-cigarettes. If you're someone that smokes both, you are unlikely to see any benefits from using a vape.

The only way to reap all of the benefits of vaping is to quit smoking cigarettes altogether. You will feel rejuvenated almost immediately after quitting.

Secondhand smoke is a silent killer that many traditional smokers don't think about. According to the CDC, 2.5 million people have died due to secondhand smoke exposure since the 60s.

The major benefit of vaping is that you will not expose your loved ones to the dangerous chemicals in secondhand smoke. As the social cost of smoking cigarettes becomes higher and higher, vaping is emerging as a more acceptable alternative.
